With a degree in finance,  Joe Satterfield began his building career more than twenty eight years ago when he turned down a position in banking to open his own company. Even though Joe was fresh out of college, he quickly made a name for himself. He started off small, doing renovations and flipping homes but it was not long before the Greenville community took notice of the quality of his work and his dedication to the industry he loved. Kat and Dan Joyner, J.B. and Gaye Watts, Gary and Cam Daniels, even his own parents (probably still his most stressful build to this date) all took a chance on him right away letting him build their homes, offices or additions. They all had the highest standards and it was an excellent start for Joe's career.  

 

In 1996,  Joe and a partner opened Quinn Satterfield Inc. building  over a thousand custom and speculative homes and commercial spaces throughout the upstate of South Carolina. Always mindful to give back to the communities in which they work and live, they were a recipient of the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce’s Max Heller Neighborhood Improvement Award and the Better Business Bureau's Business of Integrity Award.  Joe looks forward to this next phase as Satterfield Custom Construction opens its' doors to serve our community.
