With a degree in finance,  Joe Satterfield Jr. began his building career in 1992 after turning down a position in banking to open Greater Greenville Properties. He started small, doing renovations and flipping homes but it was not long before the Greenville community took notice of his talents. Dan and Kat Joyner, J.B. and Gaye Watts, Gary and Cam Daniels, and his own parents (probably still his most stressful build to date) all took a chance on him right away letting him build their homes, offices or additions. They had the highest standards and it was an excellent start for Joe's business.  

 

In 1996,  Joe and a partner opened Quinn Satterfield Inc. building over a thousand custom and speculative homes as well as commercial spaces throughout the upstate of South Carolina. Always mindful to give back to the community, they were a recipient of the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce’s Max Heller Neighborhood Improvement Award and the Better Business Bureau's Business of Integrity Award.  

 

Joe looks forward to this next chapter in his career as Satterfield Custom Construction opens its' doors to serve the upstate of South Carolina.  The goal is to make the process of building or renovating your home easy and enjoyable for everyone.
